我幾乎兩晚會做一次仰臥起坐,一次約40-50下吧!!!但總覺得沒用耶!!!不知該如何健身DIY呢???盡量不要用剪貼的資訊,希望以本身嘗試過為好喔!!!越有效贈點越多喔!!!
