我身高150體重大概45~48最近有越來越胖的跡象身材一直肉肉的好煩穿什麼衣服都不好看又矮怎麼辦好羨慕那些骨感妹.......服飾店員上班時間很長....根本也沒時間運動三餐又外食(外食有什麼比較不會胖的嗎??).....也沒辦法準備什麼減肥餐之類的我也不想吃藥各位大大有什麼好建議的嗎????廣告商不要來什��
