我身高166體重60公斤,雖然看起來完全不胖但學校量體重我就會覺得很丟臉我這次真的真的要減肥請問諸位大大們.....可以告訴我該如何嗎??吃什麼東西?做啥運動?請不要減肥藥,我不可能有機會買那種東東,拜託...我快畢業了,也快換季...我可不想抬著象腿去學校呀><還有我大腿後側很粗很粗,可以
