我15歲身高165體重53但體脂肪率卻高達28%肌肉量-2基本代謝11392個月後就開學了我非常想要一個新的開始我希望我的體脂率可以減4%可是我實在不知道該怎麼吃或做什麼運動希望有人能幫我排一個飲食跟肌力運動的計畫但是因為肌肉量過低所以造成我有些動作做不起來譬如簡式伏地挺身希望回答的是一個詳
