本人45歲.生有二子.各16歲.14歲.自幼患有青蛙腿.現在脊椎S型15度.導致骨盆傾斜.有人建議練瑜珈強健骨骼和肌肉.參加瑜珈課已1個月.有些動作.姿勢.我是做不來的.因為青蛙腿臀部肌肉纖維化.所以做伸展時大腿骨輪與骨盆腔寬關節磨擦(對骨頭會損壞嗎).請問專業人士.我可以練瑜珈嗎.還是有其他方式可以嘗
