我是個國3生身高180公分體重100公斤我喜歡打籃球(都打中鋒位置)最近要比賽ㄌ.可是常覺ㄉ自己不夠強最近想加強自己"訓練".順便"減肥"因為國3所以很少活動時間都要準備基測只有晚上9點~11點ㄉ時間所以我都試原地跳和仰臥起坐或伏地挺身請問:(1)原地跳要跳幾下?(2)仰臥起坐要做幾下?(3)伏地�
