想請問體重高的人可以練成精實的肌肉嗎?我現在體重是80kg不過標準體重是72kg我不想練成一大塊一大塊那種肌肉而是露上身會有肌肉線條,體重保持在72~74kg左右請問我可以邊練肌肉邊減肥,或是先減到72kg之後再練肌肉比較好呢?另外我有在costco買的練肌肉的蛋白質粉減重時能吃嗎?...Showmore
