想練手臂和腹肌和小腿肌肉..但怕靜脈區張 - 健身

如題想練上面所說的那幾個部份的肌肉...首先是手臂..請問要怎麼練才會完整好看..不會只有一塊二頭肌突出來!有點奇怪..然後練腹部是為了好看..至於小腿是為了跳躍力...我都只有跳繩..請問這樣有用嗎?..而且聽說練小腿肌很容易靜脈區張..而且小腿會變粗很難看..請問要怎樣可以避免?
