我產前的身材是165/53,應該還堪稱標準吧,今年很幸運地生下小龍女,可是產前的身材卻怎麼都回不去的感覺,產後怎麼吃怎麼胖,我有去做瑜珈、穿塑身衣等等,飲食也有調整,可是現在還是比以前胖很多…實在令人很沮喪,尤其是在臀部、大腿的地方都比以前大個兩三吋,請問各位媽媽或者曾經為�
