我現在是接近17歲的高2生,現在想要練肌肉可以看到肌肉線條就好了,但是現在還在青春期所以不知道有什麼可以練肌肉但又不會影響到長高的訓練方法?(大概要持續做多久才可以看到效果:有一點線條就好)ps游泳的話寒暑假比較有機會,所以希望有別的可以的辦法,請標注一下大概每天應該做什麼做幾�
