我差不多16057kg體型是偏葫蘆型下半身偏胖有人叫我一星期跑2次20分鐘左右這樣連續三個月腿會細我想請問那如果我一星期跑2次20分鐘其他跑6分鐘左右呢因為網路上有人在打每天跑6分鐘勝於一星期跑3次30分
