大概兩週前我開始有慢跑的習慣幾乎都天天跑尤其是剛開始跑時在調整呼吸與速度是挺辛苦的但過了那橋段我越跑越順暢幾乎都不感到累就可以一直這麼跑著連我自己都很訝異我更因此愛上慢跑了隨著日子的增加我不斷突破之前的記錄越跑越多而且速度還比之前快了我很開心跑完後我有幾天兩大腿會有�
