慢跑遇到瓶頸 - 健身

我第一天跑的時候還可以慢慢跑到17分鐘再用快走一陣子在繼續慢跑但到第五天第六天的時候只要跑五分鐘我的大腿跟小腿就痠痛到讓我一度跑不下去請問這是正常嗎?請問是要用意志力撐過去繼續跑嗎?而且我不易出汗每次慢跑完30分鐘幾乎背都沒啥汗只有臉跟手和脖子地方有流汗請問有辦法解決嗎?
