我於差不多4年前因為想要減重,所以開始跑健身房!並且大多以跑步機類的有氧運動搭配一些重量訓練....希望藉此能達到減重的效果!可就在我開始運動後的一年左右,每當我運動完後的一至兩天左右膝蓋會先是感到越來越緊,之後甚至感到嚴重的疼痛~而每次都得靠止痛消炎的藥物才可消除疼痛等不舒服的��
