...其實也不是很懶啦@@\"只是希望能在自己的房間完成麻煩大大幫我安排個建議的時間之類我大概晚上7點就洗澡了..!!所以七點之後不希望做會流太多汗的運動!!(例如仰臥起坐)常常被同學打個一下就很痛了《手臂》!!同學卻說沒出力==||肚子有點小腹..希望能練個小腹肌手臂希望能練撞點!!每天大約4點半
