各位媽媽我是懷孕31週又多幾天的媽媽但是這是我第一胎我想問說有什麼可以讓我的左邊大腿骨和恥骨不要這麼痛睡覺翻身也痛~走路站立也痛~我很怕有後遺證~!!想問30週時我去產檢小孩子已經1900g會不會到了預產很大ㄚ我從65公斤胖到73.8公斤要怎麼讓肚子比較不餓~不會一直胖的小朋友呢我懷的是男生聽�
