我22歲身高172體重才"48"最胖時才52公斤試過很多方法都沒辦法長肉肉平時飲食都是以菜為主肉吃很少(不喜歡吃)一天都吃4~5餐都是一個便當的量(早餐點心午餐下午茶晚餐宵夜...)平常都只喝白開水.茶試過每天喝一杯珍奶連續一個月(同學說會胖)可是沒用不喜歡吃零食但是超愛吃70%以上的巧克力宵夜��
