我現在168公分59公斤!我想請問如果我一個禮拜押做瑜珈一個半小時,每天騎腳踏車大約45分鐘,一個禮拜去游泳一次約一個小時.請問這樣子的話大約可以消耗多少熱量押!?我想瘦到大約50公斤,飲食方面我也有控制!就澱粉類的我竟量不吃,每天都會多吃蔬菜水果,可是因為我有便秘的困擾!!!�
