我身材很不均勻但是帳面上的數字不差大約是162/48公斤左右不會超過50外型看起來是瘦子但事實上我的下半身很胖腰圍大約2324左右更顯得下盤很大.所以我現在想要的是雕塑不是減肥(我覺得我不是胖)我聽說瑜珈可以有雕塑的效果請問是真的嗎大約要多久呢?另外我是初學者目前有兩種課程讓我選第一種是
