在6個月內,我還要再減10公斤,因為這是第三階段,我希望身材的曲線能較均勻,不知道要選擇有氧舞蹈還是瑜珈,可以自行在家練嗎?還是到舞蹈班學好呢?或有更好的辦法?請各位大大給個建議
