我175.120多公斤,最近想減肥!可是我在想,就有些人不是說,如果胖胖的時候,做仰臥起坐,肚子的肥肉會變成肌肉,可是體重不會瘦下來,是嗎?可是,我比較愛吃,所以能想到的就是靠運動了,不知道有沒有人可以提供我意見呢@@?!謝謝嚕︿︿!
