從上禮拜開始,我常常一直對一件事情想太多,想到最後開始煩,煩了之後會心情不好。到最後都因為一直想而睡不太的著。(我還會覺得胸悶、想吐)我一直在找怎麼樣能讓自己不去想那麼多,我雖然覺得忙的話能不去想太多,但是我也不可能一直都在忙。或是在心裡唱歌,但到最後都沒有什麼用。�
