我目前17歲高三生身高太矮了到不行才158不知道哪裡出問題但是我每天都有作訓練身體運動倒是沒有我每天都做20~50下伏地挺身這個行為持續一兩年了吧胸肌很大了! 這樣會長不高嗎??我都把腳墊在椅子上身體在地板做個20下就超累了我現在想買克寧奶粉來泡來喝 有什麼辦法可以讓我長高的我目標�
