我個人身高180公分,體重68公斤,可是我的上半身很瘦沒有肉,幾乎都是骨頭,我想練出胸肌、手臂肌、腹肌,想把上半身增胖變壯,因為我穿衣服,下半身看起來比上半身還寬,真的是很醜,因為上半身沒肉沒辦法撐起衣服,我想穿背心...,可是太瘦了,一方面女朋友想看到我變壯,另一方面我是真��
