因為本身身高有179公分但體重才63公斤我想練出厚實的肩膀手臂胸肌等等於是問了一個練了9年的朋友他說要我先每天做扶地挺身跟一個專門練3頭肌的姿勢打底子要做3周再去健身房練說一次20下休息30~1分鐘可2個來回練1天做100下我目前才做了2天扶地的還算OK可是3頭肌的讓我酸痛得手都很難抬了目前休息��
