我是個84KG的大胖子我想減到約70KG~65KG我希望用運動的方式如球類.仰臥起坐.伏地挺身我有三個月暑假可以練肌肉不想讓別人說我是滿身贅肉我也很想長高該怎麼半~~臂力是為了打棒球我知道腰力也是重點有什麼辦法可以快以點的呢?
