我想要減重我現在14歲體重51公斤 身高160~162之間(上次量是160,大概離現在有3個月了)我每天晚上都會做仰臥起坐一天都會多一下我從20下開始作,現在已經31下了還會做幾下空中棋腳踏車的運動拉拉腿部的筋抬抬腿這樣大概有兩個禮拜了加上配合飲食現在是51公斤 之前是54我小複本來稍微凸凸的現
