我是男生身高大約170體重55目前有肌肉但不明顯,尤其腹肌現在有點小腹想鍛鍊手臂肌肉與胸肌,跟整個腹部肌肉群家中有滾輪可以使用,也有高蛋白體力沒有很好,伏地挺身大概10下就有點累了!而且也不是很標準主要想練腹部肌肉群、下腹肌與胸肌可以幫我安排一些表更好...Showmore
