我目前一次可以最多做20個伏地挺身然後50個仰臥起坐(中等速度)以上都是極限啦不過半年沒練了最近夏天...有體力了剛練以前是可到100個仰臥起坐才整個沒力35個伏地挺身才整個沒力--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------我家是有仰臥起坐專門腳在上面彎曲勾住那個....然後身��
