我現在身高170體重65想減到50公斤沒有小腹就好了因為本人3餐都是外食所以希望給個建議給個建議晚上大概吃什麼??過了幾點不要再進食,純X茶綠茶在晚9點多喝可以嗎?然後早餐吃什麼??然後運動我是希望在家裡做,因為上課回來都是6點多這幾天我都是在做間歇運動,不過晚上做有效嗎??或是有什麼更有效的�
