是我自己把壓力給加倍在身上的但也有某些原因讓壓力壓在我身上更大讓我崩潰沒辦法和人相處只能和網友講講話而已我覺得運動完和把自己的內心恐懼舒發出來覺得壓力少了些但總不能一直大發脾氣唉
