我目前剛生完兩個月~生產前最瘦到44KG...產後目前是54KG...想說可以做有氧運動嗎?(母乳期間不打算節食,所以吃的量很多)還有能不能少吃或是不吃澱粉類食物呢?這樣做會不會減少奶水呢?真是羨慕那些生完就瘦了的媽媽....==|||
