我到健身房健身已經兩個月了,成效還不錯,只是我有一個疑問那就是我不知道我的健身方式是不是太操了以下是我的健身敘述:第一天,練胸肌先做中胸的胸推12下為一組做三次,接下來是槓鈴一樣是中胸,次數也一樣,就這樣練中上下胸,然後在做夾胸,胸的部分一次就做8種機器了第2天練背肌,一樣的方式,機器�
