我早餐吃一片土司配一顆蛋午餐吃400大卡以下的晚餐吃一顆芭樂每天固定仰臥起坐200下伏地挺身200下慢跑一小時爬樓梯1~6樓10趟(來回一趟)不吃由炸食物不吃零食不吃宵夜不喝含糖飲料這樣我一個月可以瘦3~5kg嗎?目前17xcm68kg不能的話我可以在做些什麼運動讓我在一個月瘦3~5kg呢?不考慮吃減肥藥!
