我是男生20歲175公分一年前體重66公斤體脂肪18%一年後體重72公斤體脂肪18%跟以前高中生聚聚牠們都說我一樣胖==怎麼樣都瘦不下來呃.......我現在每天都會舉啞鈴10公斤的坐在有背的椅子練就最簡單那種由上往上舉一回合30下一天兩回合做完後又作伏地挺身20下仰臥起坐是練上腹肌30下我是用那種專用的板��
