早餐吃一片白吐司配1顆荷包蛋午餐吃一碗飯配青菜+一點瘦肉晚餐吃燙青菜+1顆芭樂不喝含糖飲料(只喝水)不吃宵夜不吃炸的每小時固定仰臥起坐20下伏地挺身20下(每天+1下)固定慢跑1小時固定爬樓梯1~6樓10趟(來回一趟)這樣減肥有效嘛?如果有效一個月大概可以瘦多少?(目前要升高1不考慮吃減肥商品)...Showmor
