如題:因為退伍1年多很久沒運動了,1個多月前自我要求每天要伏地挺身30跟仰臥起坐40,一開始有些酸痛,1個禮拜後就沒啥疼痛感覺,可是1個月後的現在每天要做,卻感覺很吃力,手臂疼痛、背部酸痛..已持續1週...我想:因為伏地挺身20下我很輕易就可以做完,仰臥起坐25下也是,但是超過20下,手臂��
