身高才160多體重大概70上下(很久沒量了)最近每天早餐有時後睡太晚沒吃午餐正常(通常是便當),晚餐有時候吃少,早餐如果沒吃晚餐就正常量大概晚上8.9點會踩踏步機一小時減肥踩的時候會流很多汗已經實行一周了,但感覺沒什麼瘦過2個禮拜晚上要開始上補習班可能就改成回到家踩半小時,很怕運動量
