我最近很想嘗試滾輪,之前每天晚上都做仰臥起坐但肚子還是軟軟的。我是女生,身高169,體重57,很多人說我這樣的身高體重剛剛好。(有在慢慢減肥)可是我的肚子還有手臂很多軟肉,我想練出腹肌,可是又很怕會變很壯,因為我很高,如果又很撞的話很像摔角選手,我也很怕我用滾輪後肩膀會變寬。
