首先先聲明,不要再打任何減肥食品廣告了!!否則一律檢舉,也請針對問題回答.我是高二生,身高173,體重76,希望能在過年前瘦到65,並有肌肉線條運動方面,每天慢跑30分鐘不間斷,星期五六日,會在跑完步後,騎腳踏車約7分鐘到健身房做20~30分鐘的訓練,其中也包括了仰臥起坐,因為仰臥起坐的平台有傾斜約2.30度角
