本人目前大學正準備要畢業,正準備要當兵,伏力挺身一口氣最多10下,仰臥起坐雙手抱頭一下卻沒有,只能抱著大腿做15下,請問一下我該如何訓練自己的體能,能否列出運動量列表給我呢??(伏力+仰臥+慢跑)P.S手臂真的沒力腰力又很差而且做完頭會暈暈的,感覺想吐...Showmore
