我目前健身成果我練完回到家約花掉40分鐘後喝高熱量乳清粉我練的時候有練史密斯也有舉掗鈴都3組左右但胸肌還是沒多大變化也有空舉槓今天一開始有左右一邊各加10KG來練2組撐5到7下我發現左手通常最後好像都沒力可用了!但手臂還是很細耶!?怎麼辦?教教我?我比較晚睡(有影響嗎?_)常常會吃麥當勞(油��
