我現在吃的魚油成分:魚油(100%精純魚油)1000毫克(含EPA18%,DHA12%)1.可以教我怎麼算嗎??攝取量的換算??要攝取多少才夠??2.(若DHA攝取不足,可能會造成學習能力低下,神經傳導不正確,生長發育遲緩等)<-----這也是知識+查的,請問是真的嗎??那是不是有吃,但吃不夠,比從頭到尾都沒吃的還要嚴重??3.另外我可以�
