我男生,高二身高167,體重50,平常飯吃不多,以前有吃過轉大人的藥但都沒用,平時很少打籃球,都是練劍道、打排球,我聽說有些人到高三可以突然長很高,到底要怎麼做才能長高?還有我也希望自己膽量可以大一點,能成熟一點,希望大家幫幫我,作伸展運動有助於長高嗎?
