我身高163,我個人覺得有點胖了‥我是個正值發育期的女生,家庭飲食是母親在掌控的,有什麼是可以持之以恆的瘦下來,然後每天做?因為我可能會忘了今天要做,但是人家說等到自己想減肥才減,就可以~但是我覺得可能會太晚?!有什麼不算是劇烈運動?!可是又可以瘦身,在居家自己做就可以�
