本人目前國2,身高16X,體重4X,彈跳好,爆發性也好。我想練大前鋒,跟班上打球籃板幾乎都是我的!本人的訓練菜單如下(每天,除星期四要上課,六日較懶):1.使用3公斤加重器(一腳1.5公斤)跳躍200下(用全力跳,每50下一組,共4組),每跳完50下,就墊腳50下(也是4組,共200下),就類似扛著槓鈴墊腳的意
