我有健身習慣,平常都是依照部位訓練,在訓練強度比較強以後,肌肉有時候會跳(抖動)個不停不一定是馬上跳(抖動),可能會隔天才跳(抖動),而且也不一定是哪個部位,練胸肌就跳(抖動)胸肌,練二頭就跳(抖動)二頭昨天晚上我練肩和背,現在左背就跳(抖動)個不停,請問這是怎麼回事?對肌肉或其他部位有什麼影響
