173公分68公斤BMI值是22.7已健身兩年希望能讓體脂肪率降低也就是讓體型變瘦肌肉明顯我自己想的是吃燙青菜跟雞胸肉不知這樣的話可不可以??(如果可以的話是每餐都這樣嗎?)請各位提供吃方面的意見可以的話再給些方法與小撇步吧!...Showmore
