我爸164cm我媽158cm我常做伏地挺身起立蹲之類的運動我起床.睡前都會吃牛奶鈣片大約6點起床~~10點半睡覺我也會偶爾打籃球阿...跳繩幾乎每天都會開合跳之類的運動我常吃油炸食物(不知道有沒有關係)最近和一些朋友出去好奇心就抽3.4根菸都沒吞下去不過有兩口不小心吞下去我應該是抽黑大衛0.3那種吧...�
