請問要怎麼瘦大腿和蘿蔔腿還有肚子?!除了飲食要控制和多運動之外還要注意什麼?其實因為我們家是住公寓的所以不能做一些像跳繩的運動之類的所以有沒有什麼比較靜態或者是比較不會吵到別人的運動???還有如果要紀錄自己的體重〈因為我想要記錄自己有沒有減肥到〉
